The Apple Peeling, Coring and Cutting Machine is intended for the mechanical processing of fresh

apples with diameters of between 30 and 100 mm. Pears of the same diameter and up to 80 mm length can

also be handled. The apple peeling, coring and cutting machine works semi-automatically and, as the name suggests, the pinned

fruits are peeled, cored and parted. The latter step is adjustable for cutting into 2, 4, 8, 12, 16  ore 24 segments.

After the fruit has been pinned, no additional manipulations are necessary for the working process.
