The Dedy Batch-Temper 20 kg with electrical cooling  is independently of place applicable, because it works without any water. The stirrer is removable to allow a thorough cleaning. The cooling machine heats and cools, so the tempering process occurs very fast and reliably controlled by three digital thermostats for an excellent result. The machine has a heated drain cock and is made completely out of stainless steel. It is delivered ready for plug in. It may be equipped on rolls.
