The Dedy Cooling Tunnel is a separate unit and its band width conforms to the Dedy Enrober. A variable conveyor drive, air circulation fan and evaporator guarantee maximum cooling effect. The decoration and the take-off-table have an in-built pneumatic steering device and photoelectrics. All cooling tunnels covers can be easily removed for efficient cleaning. The whole cooling tunnel is made of stainless steel.

A new highlight is the Dedy glass cooling tunnel, which makes it possible for the customer to view the complete manufacturing process from the placing of the products to be enrobed (f.e. truffles) on the belt, their enrobing with chocolate, their drying in the glass cooling tunnel, through to their removal and packaging.
