The Dedy Melting Kettles 65, 150 and 250 kg are made out of stainless steel to melt, mix and storage chocolate and similar products. The heating process is controlled by one digital thermostat. The heated drain cock is warmed by an adjustable heater. The excellent insulation minimizes the heat loss. The kettle is delivered ready to plug in.
