The Dedy Mini Cutter is ideal for the travelling confectioner or for a very small confectioner's premises. The dimension of the base is only about 180 x 180 mm . The bearing block (base) consists of anodized aluminium and all other parts are made of stainless steel. Here are different sizes available.
